Nuala sur Le Pont d’ Avignon
Nuala and I decided before we leave France that we would drive by car along the rivers and follow them to the sea. We have now reached Fos- sur- Mer and the sea.
I will do a full blog on the trip when we get back but here are some photos to give you an idea of the journey. We have stayed in a motel in Valence, a barge in Avignon and a hotel right on the sea at Fos sur Mer.
We are now off to see Aigues- Mortes, an ancient walled city that was once a major sea port. More later…
