Trip on an 84 -year old Barge Silhouette to Saint Jean du Losne- I could not resist

Rodger Collins had to take his barge Silhouette to St Jean du Losne for repairs and I could not resist asking him if I could come with him. So I signed on as temporary deck hand.

River Saone in Flood- Water rises two meters!

We left on Monday to visit Sarlat for three days. We were amazed to return to Chalon to find the Saone River in flood and a lot of the ground around the Marina was under water.
